And Still. The UFC® 209 UFC VIP Experience

And still.

Well, it is safe to say Saturday night did not go as Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson had hoped. He was defeated by Tyron Woodley for the second time and the fans are not thrilled. Five full rounds were – honestly, boring. The crowd was already upset over the scratch of Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson so this boring fight didn’t help. Our team had it right though with their predictions last week. While the fight card turned out disappointing, our UFC VIP Experience was still spectacular for guests.

UFC VIP Experience

We had one hell of a good time at UFC 209. Our guests started with reserved seats to the GSP vs Bisping press conference. Dana White arrived a little late and to our surprise – Michael Bisping was missing! Thankfully he was located and our guests were privileged to his trash talking ways for about an hour. Each guest also had reserved seats for the weigh-in. This meant they got to catch every moment of the face-offs up close. Afterward, several guests were treated to a behind-the-scenes look at the UFC. They entered the Octagon and posed with the belt, mingled with UFC fighters, and caught a glimpse of what goes into preparation for the big night.

The night of the fight we treated our VIPs to delicious food and tasty drinks in both of our pre-fight parties. The best part of these parties were the fighters who appeared to take pictures and mingle with the crowd. Nate Diaz made our party his spot for the prelims and was the most cheered fighter of the night as he took his seat for the main card. Other fighter appearances were Cody Garbrandt, Jorge Masvidal, and Michael Chiesa. Our guests were beyond thrilled. Don’t believe me? Here’s what a few of them had to say!

“It was worth every penny. Dad and I had a great time. As I might have told you already, this was his retirement gift from me after 40 years in the public education sector. We have always bonded by going to sporting events so this was a perfect fit. Thank you so much for the hard work. Your team is fantastic!” – Steve B.

“Very Impressed really! We will definitely do it again! Great to see top notch fighters visiting the VIP Experience booth like Masvidal, Swanson, Gardbrandt, Francis Nganu. Overall, exceeded my expectations really, and I thank you all for giving people this experience.” – Erik G.

“Loved it all! Food was really good and the bar tenders were awesome!” – Nathan M.

“Seats were so great that I did not want to leave my seat. Staff was excellent. Fighters were very hospitable. Food and beverages were great. All UFC staff were polite and took time for photos, including the ones on the floor who were not part of the VIP experience, such as Bruce Buffer, The beautiful ring girls and a large majority of other fighters that walked past our seats. We loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for a great show.” – Kevin H.
