Being a UFC fighter is hard. It’s a well-known fact that you spend every day in the gym preparing for your next fight. This means countless hours of conditioning, body building, and cardio on top of clean eating and protein-focused diets. You need both physical and mental stamina to enter the Octagon®. Could you, do it? We decided to try out a UFC Fighter Workout and Diet for one week. This week we’re hitting the gym every day, eating healthy, and pushing ourselves to our limits.
